This 15,000 square foot roofing project began with a comprehensive IR scan to identify any trapped moisture beneath the existing roof system. This step allowed us to address underlying issues before moving forward, ensuring the new system was installed over a sound and dry substrate.
Following the assessment, we installed a SikaPlan .60 mil PVC overlay system, delivering a durable, watertight solution while avoiding a full tear-off. In addition to the main roofing scope, tile roof maintenance was completed to extend the life and performance of surrounding roof areas.
