The Tierra Linda project is a large-scale HOA Fire Hardening reroof spanning 57 buildings and 139 units in a designated high fire severity zone. With over 257,000 square feet of roofing, this project required materials and systems designed for both resilience and long-term performance.
The scope includes installation of Polyglass Polyanchor XFR underlayment to provide added ember resistance, paired with Eagle Capistrano Tile in the 3646 Sunset Blend balancing fire protection, durability, and aesthetic consistency across the community.
