Where to start? Adco South has been a great partner over the years, and have been instrumental to the success of our So Cal projects. Their leadership, manpower, and serperation of departments, have not only allowed for them to accommodate our larger projects, but has provided them the availability to show up in our emergency situations as well. Their reliability, availability, and quality of work is second to none, and I am grateful to have them as our trusted partner.

Adco comes through again! We have used Adco's services for years. They are fast, knowledgeable and best of all, highly communicative. We could not be happier with all services that they provide. We have had them complete small repairs as well as full roof recoats for multiple buildings on our 8.5 acre storage property. Do not hesitate to use them.

I own a townhouse in Irvine, so I had to use the HOA's preferred vendor with a HOA work order when my 3 level townhouse started having an odd area water intrusion--the water was travelling down a wall & into my middle level kitchen ceiling, 3 feet in from the wall & around canned lights. ADCO sent someone out immediately & tarped, then waited patiently for my HOA to review & approve, even making a second trip out to review a second area of concern. This company was easy to work with, great with communication & on time for all appointments. I would recommend them to my neighbors with confidence they would get the same care, same results.

ADCO South did a great job replacing our roof and skylights. The workers were courteous and cleaned up our yard at the end of each day.

As a Board member of the Indian Oaks HOA in Simi Valley, California, I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the exceptional services provided by ADCO during our recent re-roofing project. With 120 units in our condo complex, it was a challenging task to initiate the process of replacing roofs that were well past their useful life. We anticipated "surprises" along the way and wanted to ensure that our roofing contractor would partner with us in navigating those challenges. ADCO did that and more.

This project had an expected cost of $1.5 million and a timeline of several months. Even before the project started, we encountered challenges, and ADCO was there, helping us resolve them and keeping the project moving. There were unexpected costs, such as asbestos removal, gutter replacement, significant damage discovered once the roofs were removed, and even rain! Despite all of that, the project was completed on time. Account Manager Brian Ricci was instrumental in assisting us with the asbestos and gutter issues, including finding vendors and acting as superintendent of all the trades onsite during the work.

Any time you undertake a significant project of this nature, there will be owner concerns and minor damages (like flat tires, etc.), and ADCO stepped in to address all of these in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the association. Although I don't want to go through another roof replacement project anytime soon, ADCO South Roofing & Waterproofing would be my first call.
